As Katie paints throughout the celebration, guests have the rare opportunity to watch an original work of art develop in real time.
The painting becomes a quiet point of interest throughout the evening… something guests can return to, watch evolve, and experience together.

The painting begins during the celebration, but the finished work is not rushed at the end of the evening.
Following the event, Katie brings the painting back to her studio for thoughtful refinement and finishing. This allows the final piece to retain the spontaneity of being created live while receiving the care and attention expected of an original work of art.
For Planners the process is simple.
Before the event
Katie coordinates directly with the planning team to understand the timeline, venue, design direction, and ideal placement.
During the celebration
She arrives early, works quietly within the established event flow, and coordinates naturally with photography, videography, venue, and production teams.
After the event
The painting returns to the studio for final refinement before being delivered or shipped to the client.
Throughout
Communication is clear, logistics are handled thoughtfully, and the artwork is treated with the same care as every other element of the celebration.

Setup

Approximately 30 minutes, with a discreet footprint designed to integrate naturally into the event environment.
Space

Approximately 6 × 6 feet, ideally positioned where guests can observe the painting without interrupting guest flow.
Lighting

Power access may be needed for evening events. A pin spot is welcome when available.
Travel & Investment

Based in Wisconsin and regularly traveling throughout the United States and Europe.
Live painting commissions typically range from $5,000–$10,000+, with custom proposals provided based on artwork size, event scope, and destination.
